Cacao Nibs Scone

Ingredients:

 

- 1/2 cup Oat Milk

- 1 - 1/2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar

- 2 cups Flour (I used 1 cup whole wheat & 1 cup regular)

- 2 Tsp Baking Pwd

- 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda

- 1/4 tsp Salt

- 1/2 cup monk sugar

- 1/2 cup Cacao Nibs

- 1/4 cup Apple Sauce

- 3/4 cup Vegan Butter (make sure it's cold)

- 3 Tbsp Cookie Cream (optional)

Direction:

 

  • Combine Oat Milk and Vinegar together and let it sit for 5 minutes.

  • Incorporate all the Dry Ingredients in a large mixing Bowl.

  • Cut the cold Butter in small sizes and crumble into the flour with your hands.

  • Mix the cacao nibs into the dough and pour in the oat milk mixture, apple sauce and cookie cream.

  • Gently work the dough together with your hands, so nothing is dry, it shouldn’t be too sticky either. Don't mix too fast, after few folds you will notice the Dough coming perfectly together.

  • Flatten the dough and cut into desired shapes.

  • I personally baked these Scones in my Air Fryer for 15 Minutes at 325 fahrenheit.

  • They were the perfect Breakfast for all of us!
